Executive Director

Julie is a lifelong Randolph County resident and lives in Higbee with her husband, Brian and their two young children. She is a graduate of Higbee High School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Central Methodist in Fayette. Julie started working for RCDDS in January 2012. Prior to that, she worked with the Department of Mental Health-Division of Developmental Disabilities for 7 1/2 years as a case manager, and later in Quality Assurance.

Christi is a resident of Randolph County and lives in Moberly, MO. She is a graduate of Moberly Senior High and Moberly Area Community College. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. Christi started working for RCDDS in January 2012 leaving for a short time in August of 2016 and returning in July of 2017. Christi has worked with Division of Family Services, Juvenile Court, and Burrell Behavioral Health in the past.

Melissa ‘Missi’ is a lifelong Randolph County resident. She lives in Higbee with her husband, Tim and their 4 cats-Big Eyes, Tigger, Ernest T. Bass, and Blue. She is a graduate of Higbee High School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Truman State University in Kirksville. Missi started working for RCDDS in January 2013. Prior to that, she worked for Burrell Behavioral Health for 3 years and for Department of Family Services-Children’s Division for 18 1/2 years.

Bobbie Stanfield

Bobbie has been a Chariton County resident for over 30 years.  She lives in Salisbury with her husband, John and their kids Carl and Carissa.  The family has two dogs – Scooby Doo and Dixie.  Bobbie is a graduate of Albia High School in Iowa and holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business and Technology.  She will be receiving a second Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.  Bobbie was previously employed at ICAN Missouri Foundation for over three years, where she worked directly with human resources, finance, and the Executive Director.  She began her duties as the Business Manager in January 2017.

Jesarae lives in rural Moberly, Missouri with her fiancée – Lucas, and children. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling from Central Christian College of the Bible in Moberly. Jesarae was previously employed at ICAN Missouri Foundation for over a year, where she worked in the day program providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Jesarae began her duties on the case management team in January 2017.

Taylor lives in Maryville MO. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Northwest Missouri State University. Taylor was previously employed by the Association of Group Homes-Nodaway County Services for over five years in which he served as a DSP, Personal Assistant, and Assistant House Manager to assist individuals with developmental disabilities. While doing this, Taylor also worked as a Job Coach for Lettuce Dream in Maryville for three of those years. Taylor began his duties on the case management team in October 2022.

Jessie lives in Maryville MO. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville Mo. Jessie was previously employed by the Association of Group Homes-Nodaway County Services for two and a half years in which she was a Residential Coordinator for one home where she provided direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Jessie began her duties on the case management team in May 2018.

Sarah Paschall lives in rural Cairo, MO. She holds an associates degree in criminal justice and is currently working on her bachelor’s in education. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family on the farm, where she raises both two and four legged kids. She loves peanut M&M’s! Sarah began her duties on the case management team in September 2022.

Raina Nauerth lives in rural Higbee, MO. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO. Raina was previously employed at Easterseals Midwest for over a year where she started out doing ABA implementation with young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Raina then switched to being an Autism Specialist. As a specialist, Raina provided parents of children, teens, or young adults information about ASD. Raina also worked with individuals with ASD directly by providing community inclusion and respite services to help build their independence and social skills. Raina began her duties on the case management team here at RCDDS in October 2020.

Laney Carden lives in Moberly, MO with her husband, Devin, their children, Ella and Nial, and two dogs, Piper, and Eve. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Liberty University and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Laney began her duties on the case management team in September 2023.

Courtney Honea lives in Columbia, MO with her fiancé Chris, and their cat Charlie. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration with an emphasis in Human Services from the University of Phoenix. Courtney was previously employed at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas as a Claims Technician. Courtney began her duties on the case management team in August 2023.

Laurie “LB” Ammon lives in Salisbury, Missouri. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Christian College of the Bible in General Ministry. LB was previously employed at her alma mater for 8 years, where she helped incoming students apply and register to attend. She began her duties on the case management team in September 2020.

Shelby lives in Macon County with her husband, Austin, their daughter, Raelynn, and two labs, Rylee, and Remi. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Social Work from MACC and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Columbia College. Prior to working at RCCDS, Shelby worked at ICAN Missouri Foundation for 2 years as direct-support staff, working her way up to Program Manager. Shelby began working for RCDDS as Case Manager in May 2018 and has since then worked with various individuals and families.

Brenda West lives in rural Carrollton, Missouri. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Family & Consumer Science from Southwest Baptist University. Brenda previously worked for the Missouri Family Support Division for over 28 years as a caseworker and supervisor. She began working for RCDDS in May 2022.

Scott Baxley is a lifelong member of Randolph County. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Central Missouri. Scott was previously employed with the State of Missouri, as a Probation/Parole Officer, retiring in January of 2022 after nearly 29 years of service. Scott is excited about his new adventure as a case manager with RCDDS and is looking forward to extending his career in public service.

MaKenna Esry

MaKenna Esry

MaKenna lives in Moberly with her husband, Gage, their boys, Colt and Grayson, and their two dogs Gabbi and Metcalf. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Human Sciences from South Dakota State University. Since graduating from SDSU MaKenna has worked as a direct support staff, professional manager, and case management roles in other counties in Missouri. MaKenna began working for RCDDS as a Case Manager in May 2019 leaving for a short time and returning in January 2024.
